Cotto in HLN

Patrizia Biccai (50) and Nicolas Monteleone (46) are the proud Italian managers of Restaurant Cotto, located in the heart of Tienen. They are ready for a new challenge. They are no strangers to the city at all, Patrizia has been running restaurant Roma in the Peperstraat for twelve years. But Patrizia and Nicolas were looking forward to a totally new challenge. "Here in Belgium you can find a lot of Italian restaurants, just like we have run one ourselves. But there are also a lot of 'cuccina gourmet' restaurants in Italy; only they can't really be found here. Nevertheless, our opinion is that there is room for such a restaurant in Tienen."
